You pay, I’ll bake! A 50% deposit is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, fabulous food colors, and the perfect packaging.  Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!

Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need.

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies!

In the event that I am unable to complete your order due to extreme unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you ASAP and also provide you a referral to a local baker who can hopefully accommodate your order. Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.

Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! I have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that cookie pick-up in your calendar!

Decisions are tough! But I'm here to help! Order changes (think theme) can be made up to 30 days prior to your pick up date. After that, I won't be able to accommodate any change requests.

Thanks a ton for sending those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. Your cookies will not be perfect replicas – I will try to keep it close without stepping on the original artist's toes (no one likes that)

I know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and I want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? I can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old butter prices – darn it).

I require a minimum of 1 dozen per theme. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a pop-up shop or presale announcements on my Facebook page during the holidays!

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns.

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I will do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget
